Delivering high-performance at a competitive price point.
- Superior Mobility: Up to 43 degrees of freedom (DoF), depending on the model, enabling a wide range of movements and tasks.
- Fast: The G1 Edu is capable of walking at speeds up to 2 meters per second (approximately 4.5 mph) and can navigate various terrains and obstacles.
- Intelligent Obstacle Avoidance: The G1 is outfitted with advanced sensors, including a depth camera and 3D LiDAR, providing it with 3D environmental perception capabilities.
- Powerful: The G1 can be taught the Nvidia Jetson Orin NX Tops 100 Processor
- Battery Life: Powered by a 9,000 mAh battery, the robot offers approximately 2 hours of continuous operation and features a quick-release design for efficient battery swapping.
The Unitree G1 is a compact and advanced humanoid robot developed by Unitree Robotics, designed to bring high-performance robotics within reach at a competitive price point.
Standing 4.3 feet tall and weighing only 77 pounds, the G1 is both compact and robust. Available wup to 43 degrees of freedom, the G1 is ready for a wide range of tasks.
Equipped with three-fingered dexterous hands featuring force-position hybrid control, the G1 can perform precise object manipulations, such as flipping food in a frying pan.
To minimize wear on the robot and accelerate learning the G1 can utilize simlulation for training. The G1’s environment can be replicated in simulation software to train models safely and efficiently.
Why Wheeled Locomotion?
Speed & Efficiency
Wheeled mobility is a powerful enhancement for robotic and bipeds like the LimX Dynamics Tron-1, offering several key advantages.
Wheels significantly increase a robot’s ground speed and energy efficiency on smooth or flat surfaces. This makes them ideal for covering long distances quickly—perfect for tasks like indoor navigation, campus delivery, or warehouse patrol.
Wheeled mobility turns platforms like the Tron-1 into more versatile, faster, and smarter robots, capable of performing a wider range of tasks in both educational and real-world scenarios. It's not just about movement—it's about unlocking a new level of robotic potential.
