Mentee Robotics, founded in 2022 and headquartered in Herzliya, Israel, specializes in developing advanced AI-driven humanoid robots. Their flagship product, MenteeBot, is designed to perform a wide range of tasks across various environments. The latest iteration, MenteeBot V3.0, unveiled in February 2025, features significant advancements, including improved sensors for enhanced environmental awareness, increased upper body mobility, a replaceable battery system with over three hours of operation, and the ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg. Standing at 175 cm (5’9″) tall, MenteeBot V3.0 is powered by two NVIDIA Jetson Orin AGX processors and is intended primarily for industrial and organizational applications.
